Three Rock & Roll Hall of Fame groups, The Drifters, The Platters and Cornell Gunter’s Coasters, perform their Rock & Roll music. These three acts play classic 1950’s – 1960’s hits.
The show opens with the comical musicality of the Cornell Gunter Coasters.
Act Two of the show features four of America’s premier singers performing as The Platters. The current salute to this iconic group includes such hit standards as “My Prayer”, “Only You”, “Twilight Time”, “Great Pretender” and ‘Smoke Gets in Your Eyes.”
Concluding the show is one of Rock & Roll’s founding vocal groups: The Drifters. For the celebration of their 50 year music catalogue, the Treadwell family comes out of retirement to showcase their hits: “Up on the Roof,” “Under the Boardwalk,” “This Magic Moment,” “There Goes My Baby,” “Dance with Me,” “Spanish Harlem,” “Stand by Me” and more.
