September 11 Remembrance Ceremony

The city of Duluth will commemorate the Sept. 11, 2011, terrorist attacks during an indoor ceremony in the Duluth Entertainment Convention Center’s Ice Cube space outside of Amsoil Arena. DECC Entrance E will open at 10:30 a.m. for those who would like to attend. Masks will be required and physical distancing is recommended.
The ceremony is expected to take 35 minutes. It will be be livestreamed on the City of Duluth, MN Government Facebook page.
Members of the Duluth Police and Fire Departments will join Mayor Emily Larson, Fire Chief Shawn Krizaj, and Police Chief Mike Tusken in the ceremony.
