The Duluth Public Utilities Commission is holding a public hearing regarding proposed water rate increases. The hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers, Duluth City Hall Room 320.
The purpose of the hearing will be to explain the proposed 9.25% increases to the water variable rates effective April 15, and effective Jan. 1 for each of the next four years, and to receive comments from the public regarding the proposed multi-year rate plan.
