Plein Air Painter Nelia Harper’s Opening Reception

Nelia Harper will present an art exhibit, Nature’s Palette: Plein Air Impressions of Water and Wildflowers.

A graduate of Great Lakes Academy of Fine Art, Harper’s approach to landscape painting combines classical training with natural impressionism.  Over the past four years, Harper has explored the north shore from Duluth to Grand Portage.
