It’s the final day Glensheen is decked out for Christmas this season; the last chance to see the newly inspired decorations that fill the mansion with color and fun for the holidays.
Self-guided tours will be offered from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. All guests in line by 5 p.m. will receive a free Classic Tour. When arriving, guests will be welcomed at the Ticket House and proceed to the Carriage House and Mansion for their self-guided tours. Guests are also encouraged to tour the outdoor Spirit of the Lights display throughout the day.
Inside the mansion, hundreds of feet of garland line railings and ropes, an 18-foot tall tree stands in the main entryway, fully lit and decorated, and trees of every style and color adorn every space. While on tour, guests can try to find 25 plush elves hidden throughout the mansion.
