February’s full Moon reaches peak illumination at 6:30 a.m. and sets at 7:22 a.m.

Quoth Farmers’ Almanac: “It’s known as the Snow Moon due to the typically heavy snowfall that occurs in February. On average, February is the United States’ snowiest month, according to data from the National Weather Service.”
