The fourth annual Festival by the Lake features food, live music, a children’s fun area, product and service displays, shopping, demonstrations, arts and crafts, beer and other exhibits of interest.

1:15 p.m. – Dan the Monkey Man
2:15 p.m. – Kelvin Saline’s Magic Village

4:45 p.m. – Kelvin Saline’s Magic Village
Gates open at 11 a.m. Admission is $5, which benefits the Bluebird Foundation, a nonprofit that awards grants and scholarships to regional high-school-age students in the performing arts. Children ages 12 and under are admitted free when accompanied by an adult.
