The event starts with an accordion concert sponsored by the Harrington Arts Center. The Amazing Charles will perform live magic and make balloon animals. Rockers the Fractals will also perform. Also: food trucks, ice cream, free tours of Fairlawn, kids’ games, an art fair, a cake walk and more.
