Duluth Park Fund Referendum Info Session

The city of Duluth is holding three Park Fund Referendum informational sessions. The sessions include a brief presentation from Mayor Emily Larson and Director of Property, Parks and Libraries Jim Filby Williams.
Parks and Rec liaison and City Councilor Terese Tomanek and Council Vice President Janet Kennedy are also attending. The presentation highlights key information regarding Parks funding and other questions before voting on Nov. 8. Residents have the opportunity to ask questions, provide feedback and learn more.
The dates, times and locations of these three informational sessions are below:
Tuesday, Oct. 11, from 5 to 6:30 p.m. at Morgan Park Community Center
Wednesday, Oct. 19, from 12:30 to 2 p.m. at Harrison Community Center
Friday, Oct. 28, from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. at Portman Community Center
These dates, times and locations were chosen to provide geographic equity, as well as offering varying times throughout the day to allow options that may fit with different schedules of residents interested in attending.
