For the first time in roughly 20 years, three unit owners of the Roosevelt Terrace will be opening their homes for public tours as a fundraiser for the Douglas County Historical Society. These grand, Gilded Age historic condos were built in 1890 by James Roosevelt (FDR’s father) and designed by famed local architect Carl Wirth.
