Ecstatic Dance Duluth is a free-form dance party. A 80-90 minute eclectic playlist starts slow, revs up to high energy, then cools back down. The event is family-friendly and designed for sober dancers of all ages and abilities looking for exercise, fun, or a spiritual / meditative experience. Attendees of the monthly Poly Queer Social can drop in, mingle and build community connections in a laid-back space with pastries and beverages. This social event is aimed toward polyamorous and queer individuals hoping to chat with other folks from the Twin Ports area. Discussion prompts and optional activities are provided.
