Your web site says “hardwood floors in kitchen and dining room”, but what I suspect you MEANT to say is “in LIVING ROOM and dining room” because, from the photos, it appears your kitchen floors are ceramic tile.
It looks like you bought when prices were at their highest — 2005, yes? Your house is very nice and you’ve clearly put some money into it but you may have difficulty in this market selling at the price you want. I hope I’m wrong — best of luck to you!

Still looks mighty good to me. I think I’d like that neighborhood a lot!! Nice house photos too. Livingroom/DR. hardwood floors would be great. Still hoping to get there to see it in person. Maybe this weekend!
