Visit a different Duluth neighborhood each month and focus on a new section of the book, Walkable City: How Downtown Can Save America One Step At A Time, by Jeff Speck (10th edition)
Copies of the book are available to check-out for card holders at the Duluth Public Library and in the UMD Library. There are three circulating copies of the book and a Book Club in a Bag kit available for check out. This kit includes ten copies of the book and a discussion guide. Join Duluth Public Library at Congdon Park for a book club in the great outdoors. The event is held at a different city park each month with a discussion of a book with an outdoor theme, followed by a low-impact, optional hike led by Parks and Recreation. Registration required.
