Mountain Biking for Mature Riders

This four-session mountain biking class is designed specifically for mature audiences looking to enhance their comfort and confidence on the trails. Perfect for novices and those seeking to refine their skills. This course covers essential topics such as equipment selection and setup, balance, body positioning and cadence. Students learn to navigate uphills and downhills safely, master cornering, separate body and bike movements and gain control over your bike. Classes are held 5:30-7:30 on June 3, June 10, June 17 and June 24.
