Juice Pharm taking over Vintage Kitchen space

Set aside the biscuits and gravy, and get ready for freshly squeezed. The Juice Pharm has announced it’s taking over the space formerly occupied by Vintage Kitchen at 12 S. 15th Ave. E.

Vintage Kitchen served breakfast and lunch in the former Jefferson People’s House spot beneath Anytime Fitness for a little over a year, closing right before Christmas. The owners indicated the closure was due to a new out-of-state opportunity.

Giselle HernandezGiselle Hernandez started the Juice Pharm in October 2014 as a raw juice delivery service. As demand grew, she moved operations to Endion Station Public House and then to the Red Herring Lounge, where it was housed until Jan. 28.

Since Perfect Duluth Day last wrote about the Juice Pharm, the menu has expanded beyond juice and acai bowls to include rotating healthy lunch offerings like Cuban black bean soup and Thai lettuce wraps.

The Juice Pharm Facebook page promises a grand opening date will be announced soon and indicates that date will likely be in mid-February. Customers can expect new hours and a new menu.
