Songfield

Songfield, facilitated by Adam Sippola, is a gathering space for singing rooted in relational presence. We connect through song, embodiment and relational mindfulness practices, inviting a more conscious music-making experience to deepen our aliveness as we play and create in the group field.

A Songfield Gathering Includes:
-Warming up voices and bodies.
-Learning and singing songs together.
-Relational Fielding practices supporting attunement, authenticity, connection, and coherence.
-More singing
-Guided healing integration when processes arise organically
-Group reflections.

Participants do not need to know how to read music to participate. Doors open at 1:45PM.

This is a “Choose your ticket price” kind of event. Choose the ticket price that works for you. No one will be turned away due to lack of funds. It’s important for everyone to come together and enjoy community.
