Midweek Sound Bath

Midweek Soundbath is now happening every Tuesday at 6 p.m. August 18-October 27. Sound facilitator Jessica Bourassa will alternate with Alexis Scarbro throughout the series. Come once or make it part of a weekly routine. Participants bring a yoga mat or towel and listen to sound frequencies to unwind, recharge and reconnect. No experience necessary.
