Meet & Greet with Bob Lyman: Catch and Release

Meet and greet Robert F. “Bob” Lyman for a book signing. Bob will share one-on-one with guests about his book Catch and Release: A Quiet Path Through the Eightfold Way.

Rooted in the lakes, woods and communities of northern Minnesota, the book brings Buddhist teachings, particularly the Eightfold Path, into the ordinary places where men actually live: marriages and families, workplaces, friendships, disagreements, moments of anger and moments when we realize we have caused harm. Through personal stories, reflection, meditation and practical exercises, Lyman explores masculinity, power, prejudice, religion, compassion, gratitude, civility and the difficult work of letting go.
