Demystifying Sewing Machines is a two-hour hands-on class designed to held understand sewing machines. The course covers typical sewing machines and offers opportunities to learn about the mechanics of how a stitch is formed, walking participants through threading a machine and winding bobbins, and demystify the art of adjusting tension for smooth and consistent results.

Attendees can also explore needle types and sizes, learning how to match them to different threads and materials. By the end of this class, participants should have a deeper understanding of what’s going on inside a sewing machine and how to tackle problems that might otherwise bring a project to a halt.
