Ripped at the Head of the Lakes Fair in 2001

[Editor’s note: For this week’s essay we’ve once again pulled out a relic from the drunken compendium of Slim Goodbuzz, who served as Duluth’s “booze connoisseur” from 1999 to 2009. Thank you, Head of the Lakes Fair.

I think the announcer said a guy named Matt from Superior was the winner.  Really, in a smash-up derby, everyone wins.
