Cars & Trucks will be joining forces with jesse hoheisel and jody kujawa to bring you a night’s worth of bon scott-era AC/DC on the final night of the Ides of March festival.

Saturday, Mar. 14t

We’ve been told Hot Rod and crew will be playing Michael Bolton’s “Time, Love and Tenderness” from beginning to end as well. The night should be a scorcher.

Will you throw in “Who Made Who” as an encore?

Will you do the alternate lyrics to Get It Hot from the Bonfire box set? Forget Who Made Who, the encore should be Squealer.

The transistor said it was going to be a repeat of last year’s amazing Led Zeppelin performance. I assume that is an error.

it will only be a repeat in terms of awesomeness. this is a promise.

if it fails to live up to expectations, please feel free to blame TONY BENNETT.

Michael Bolton? More like 80’s Commodores aka “Nightshift”.

Puddle Wonderful used to cover “Nightshift.” It was pretty awesome.

hey! i actually remember their cover of “nightshift.”

man, i use to love that band.

There is a bootleg recording of Puddle Wonderful’s “Nightshift” out there, by the way. I have a cassette copy somewhere.

When Barrett calls it, “awesome,” by the way, he’s not suggesting that it’s awesome in the cheesy way that “Every Rose Has it’s Thorn” is awesome. He’s just saying it’s plain awesome. Because it is.

Was that a studio version? If it’s the version I remember we ran out of tape at the end of the song. We thought it would sound cool, but it just stopped.

Yes, Paul’s right. That was what I meant. Cougar Conley really can sing that song well.
