The Imperatur YouTube channel focuses on Duluth

A popular YouTube channel based out of Germany features “mini documentaries about cities and infrastructure around the world.” It recently posted an episode on the urban planning challenges faced by Duluth. Within the rapid 9-minute overview, there is a lot that is correct. And there is just as much to quibble about, which is often the more fun part of watching videos like this.

Why did the uploader remove the video?  I enjoyed it so much the first time that I came back for a reprise only to find it gone.

Good question. I couldn't figure out why it was taken down and couldn't find it anywhere else other than this shortened version on TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@imperatur_yt/video/7621635959196536086

And I think that was indeed Timothée Chalamet as Bob Dylan.
