In this week’s edition of Dāv Kaufman Eats the World, he travels to the most remote and wild of destinations possible: Duluth.

Spoiler: Kaufman generally loved all four places. There were two disappointments: 1) The chocolate almond croissant at Duluth’s Best Bread needed better chocolate distribution, or perhaps just more chocolate. 2) The maple coffee jam on the Chicken and Whaaat? is “so unbelievably strong, so overpowering … that it destroys the flavor palate of everything else that’s in this dish.”
