Poets from Minnesota in ‘Black Flag’ — but were any of them from Duluth?
At the Duluth Public Library sale, it seems that the Minnesota Poetry collection was weeded, deaccessioned.
I think that’s a loss.
That said, a lot of the books weeded had no connection to Duluth. So maybe that is okay. And so much Robert Bly.
As I prepare for my Minnesota Writers class, I am fascinated by this book.
1. It was published by Mad Bomber Press, on the “West Bank” in Minneapolis. It promises to support revolution. Can anyone contextualize this revolution?
2. Are there any Duluthians in this book? Or Northeast Minnesota types?
