Duluth authors Meg Hafdahl and Kelly Florence return to UMD to share insights with students

University of Minnesota Duluth alumni Meg Hafdahl and Kelly Florence spoke to students in the Writing Studies major in April. Hafdahl and Florence offered tips, tricks and profound insights into the publishing process.

Hafdahl is the author of three novels; The Darkest HungerDaughters of Darkness and Her Dark Inheritance. Hafdahl and Florence are coauthors of several books including The Science of MonstersThe Science of Women in HorrorThe Science of Stephen KingThe Science of Serial Killers, and The Science of Witchcraft. The pair co-hosts the podcast Horror Rewind.

UMD was glad to have them back and glad to share their stories of success with students.
