University of Minnesota Duluth alumni Meg Hafdahl and Kelly Florence spoke to students in the Writing Studies major in April. Hafdahl and Florence offered tips, tricks and profound insights into the publishing process.

Hafdahl is the author of three novels; The Darkest Hunger, Daughters of Darkness and Her Dark Inheritance. Hafdahl and Florence are coauthors of several books including The Science of Monsters, The Science of Women in Horror, The Science of Stephen King, The Science of Serial Killers, and The Science of Witchcraft. The pair co-hosts the podcast Horror Rewind.
