This event looks pretty cool, and everyone is invited to tell their story. It grows out of the Green Card Voices project.

The Green Card Voices project collects immigrant narratives — the ones from Minnesota can be found if you use the search box.

The graphic novel built from these immigrant stories can be found at greencardvoices.org/graphic-novel.

It’s an amazing project, but oi, it’s St. Cloud- and Twin Cities-centric. I promise you, interesting people immigrate to Duluth, they always have. We need to see those stories represented in this project at LSC.
