Postcard from Skyline of Business District from Harbor

This postcard from the early-to-middle 20th century shows Duluth’s business district as seen from the harbor.

The caption on the back reads:

Duluth is the most westerly port on the Great Lakes. An important center of commerce, the harbor is second only to that of New York City in shipping tonnage. Its Old World picturesqueness and invigorating climate make it a popular summer vacation center.

Is that a mountain range over on the east side?
