Tom Hanson of Duluth Grill / OMC Smokehouse / Corktown Deli and Brews / Noble Pour had to lay off 200 people due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It’s a big blow to the Lincoln Park neighborhood.

So Hanson is teaming up again with Robert Lillegard of Duluth’s Best Bread to publish the OMC Smokehouse Cookbook. They previously published the Duluth Grill Cookbook in 2014 and Duluth Grill Cookbook II in 2016.

The Indiegogo campaign is seeking $50,000 through pre-purchases of the book at $50 — with $25 going to book expenses, $15 going to a Lincoln Park business and $10 going to the Lifting Lincoln Park fund managed by the nonprofit partner Equilibrium3 and its Main Street Lincoln Park program.
