Twin Cities punk band the Magnolias advise hiding away in Duluth on the song “Playing to Win” from the 1992 album Off the Hook.

The Duluth mention comes at the 1:39 mark:

Hide away in Duluth
Hide away if you can
Go halfway ’round the world
And stand out in Japan
