Duluth Broadcast Television Station Guide 2019

Changes to broadcast television channel offerings used to be rare. From 1966 to 1999, Duluth had four channels. From 1999 to 2009, there were five. In the ten years since the switch from analog to digital channels, the total has climbed to 18.

KDLH-TV channel 3 is the big change maker in 2019, adding five new subchannels. Justice, Laff, Escape and Quest launch on May 1. Court TV launches on May 8. Viewers need to go through the channel re-scanning process on their televisions to pick up the new offerings. The new channels are not available on Charter cable, but are available through Paul Bunyan and Norvado cable services.

Below is an updated guide to the full list of channels in the Duluth market. KCWV channel 27.1 has been left off the list because it’s been mysteriously off the air since July 2018. No word on when or if it will return or why it’s not broadcasting.
