I have looked. I can tell you that there were no Eric Andersons born in Duluth between 1900-1934, at least according to the Minnesota Historical Society records. Only nine in the whole state during that period, apparently.
Not finding much in the census records, either. I first mistook this photo as being taken on Gold Street in Duluth, which is an odd little residential street that was platted but never really happened up by UMD. But I think the Gold Street was in whatever town this guy was hanging out in, one I can’t pinpoint.
