I tasted T-Icy Roll Ice Cream yesterday at 4602 Grand Ave., next to an old favorite, Zhong Hua.

It’s loud, like Cold Stone ice cream … the environment is poppy and loud and energetic, but the ice cream is airy and delicate, with an array of toppings to impress even the chilly yogurt joint across town.
For seven dollars, you can get a pile of soft serve, or you can have an experience. Tasty indeed.
