Electronic Fiasco

I was knocked without socks by the Homegrown Fiasco. At the Teatro, Big Science opened the event.

Music and noise, sewn together into something meditative, contemplative, beautiful. The band announced it was donating its fee to Planned Parenthood. Meditative, contemplative, beautiful, and political.

Then, Remote Viewfinder. A bit more musical and a bit more goth, I think, as a band, with emotional intensity as well as rhythm. This is the music that had me swaying and moving in my comfy seat.

I can’t find video, but their Soundcloud will give you a taste.

Ah, it was a surprise to see my image here! Interested in more photography from the Homegrown, including the Winter Fiasco? Check out my Facebook page!

I've got a few more bands yet to post, but they'll be up soon. Make sure to follow to keep the Homegrown photos coming.

I also post some photos to Twitter at twitter.com/areichow.
