PDD folks take note: One of the silent auction items is an autographed vinyl test pressing of Low's new record, "C'mon."

I don't even know Rachel Sandell, and can't attend this event this evening. But I did skim through the HUGE list of items up for auction at tonight's fundraiser from just about every business in town, and a lot of artisans and others. Wow. THIS generosity of an entire community towards a young woman most of us don't even know is what Duluth is all about. I really hope the event goes well and that it raises tons of money.

I was just there setting up. Lots of good stuff, yummy-looking food. Mickey Pearson already bid on the Low vinyl. Mickey, you've got a lot to learn about winning stuff at auctions ... don't tell the whole world about the stuff you want to win.: )
