A new registration session begins March 14th (just a couple of weeks away)! This includes over 20 weekly (open and registration) classes ranging from beginning to advanced.

So whether you are a seasoned yogi or you are curious about checking out what all the fuss is about– we have yoga classes for all levels.

Registration classes include: your body yoga, yoga for the inner core, beginning yoga, hatha II, Yamas and Niyamas on the mat, pure movement, as well as 30-day challenges. We are proud to offer student/senior/military discounts.
