I would love to attend all of the seminars. However, since all of them are during the regular work week and during normal business hours, I will be unable to attend. It would have been informative. Too bad.

Not all of the speakers at 345: on Fri, Feb. 18th the talk is at the EPA Center at 7pm; and Will Allen's talk on Fri, April 22nd is also at 7pm

In addition, speakers' talks will be streamed so you will be able to view/listen to them by clicking on the website which will appear a few days after they speak: see http://www.d.umn.edu/cscd/foodseminar/
