This three-night casual workshop covers topics like how to choose a caregiver (what are the differences between an OB, a Family Practice Doctor and a Midwife?), what is a doula and why do I need one, how does where I decide to give birth affect the experience I will have, coping mechanisms for labor and delivery including comfort measures and pharmaceutical pain management, baby-wearing, diapering and nighttime parenting.

This is a workshop for parents-to-be at all stages of pregnancy. The cost is $25/couple.
