Free
Chris Lenhart, research professor in the biosystems engineering program at the University of Minnesota, speaks about how projects in Minnesota’s peatlands are affecting the surrounding environment.
Lenhart is a Research Professor with the Bioproducts and Biosystems Engineering (BBE) Department at the University of Minnesota and works with The Nature Conservancy on restoration implementation and scientific assessment. Chris has been a professor in BBE since 2010, leading research projects on stream and wetland restoration as well as management for water quality especially in agricultural areas. He has over 30 scientific publications and co-authored the book, Ecological Restoration in the Midwest: Past, Present and Future published in 2017.
