Pumpkin Hunt at the Library

The Duluth Public Library teams up with Lake Superior Art Glass to reward pumpkin hunters with tiny glass pumpkins, handmade in Duluth.

This year’s hunt features clues associated with banned books, in celebration of National Banned Books Week, which runs October 4-10.

Pumpkin hunt clues are geared towards the adults, but with twists special for the kids in attendance. A fall-themed treasure box is available for children to hunt for their own mini treasures while the adults match up their clues with the correct banned book to earn their own handmade glass pumpkin as a prize.

Organize encourage bringing a pumpkin-hunting search party, in pursuit of the mini treasures.
