Midweek Soundbath

September is bringing new classes, special events, and plenty happening at SOLCA. A few of our current classes are down to just 1–2 spots, and registration is now open for a few new fall offerings. We’re also looking ahead to some exciting events including a special evening with artists traveling from Peru for Ancestral and our annual Apple Cider Festival. And if you’re an artist or musician interested in being part of Apple Cider Fest, we’ll have a call for artists and musicians below. More event details are on the way!

Midweek Soundbath is now happening every Tuesday at 6PM August 18-October 27, at SOLCA in Lakeside! We’re excited to welcome sound facilitator Jessica Bourassa, who will alternate with Alexis Scarbro throughout the series. Come once or make it part of your weekly routine. Simply bring a yoga mat or towel, settle in, and let soothing sound frequencies help you unwind, recharge, and reconnect. No experience necessary. This event is pay what you can!
