Mid-summer Orchids at Boulder Lake Management Area

Boulder Lake Environmental Learning Center hosts a guided tour to explore the diverse habitats of the Boulder Lake Management Area, home to 17 species of native wild orchids. As important bioindicators, native orchids reveal the health of an ecosystem both above and below the soil, making them some of the most remarkable plants in our region.
