Make Your Own Ginger Ale

Using ingredients purchased from the local co-op and home brew store, students learn how to brew and ferment this delicious, easy-to-make beverage.

We will create a basic ginger ale and sample several variations. Students will learn the ins and outs of fermentation, and learn how to apply this knowledge to concoct an infinite array of lightly fermented beverages.
