LiveWell Beginner Pickleball

Free indoor pickleball sessions are held every Wednesday from October to April, 4:30 to 6 p.m., at the Superior Douglas County Family YMCA. No pickleball experience or equipment are necessary. Paddles and balls are available to share. Participants should wear comfortable clothes and shoes, and bring a water bottle.

A Y membership is not required to participate; just bring a photo ID and sign a waiver at the front desk.

This activity is organized by LiveWell, an initiative of the Pruitt Center for Mindfulness and Well-Being at the University of Wisconsin-Superior.
