LiveWell 5K Walk/Run/Roll & Celebration 2026
Free
The third annual LiveWell 5K Walk/Run/Roll & Celebration on Barker’s Island promotes mental wellness in the community.
Festivities begin at 5 p.m. with the 5K walk/run starting at 6. “Rollers” — participants using any wheeled devices — have a staggered start beginning at 6:15. This fun-run-style 5K is not chip timed. Helmets are encouraged for all wheeled participants. Children are welcome to register and participate as long as they are accompanied by an adult throughout the evening.
Following the race, a community celebration begins at 6:45. The event features a picnic-style buffet catered by ChartWells, with a designated seating area for dining and socializing. A DJ is providing music and live commentary throughout the evening. A variety of outdoor yard games, including cornhole, badminton, kubb and bocce ball are available. The evening’s festivities wrap up at 8.
Registration is available at raceroster.com
