Let There Be Light! Gloria Dei Solar Dedication

Following the 10 to 11 a.m. worship service, Gloria Dei Lutheran Church congregation members are gathering outside in the alley where a 19.3 kW solar array and 40kWh solar storage battery have been installed. The dedication event includes a brief service of readings, remarks, singing and prayers.

John Goeke from Star Power Electric, who installed the battery and the wall-mounted panels, and Bret Pence from Minnesota Interfaith Power & Light. will show details of the solar plus battery system and respond to questions.
