Guided Somatic Journey

This is a guided somatic meditation with mental health therapist Neil Rasmussen, MS.

The 90-minute experience is intended to invite and explore a sense of calm, authentic embodiment. It will begin with an optional tea and communal circle for sharing any intentions and then a guided somatic meditation. Tea will be provided. Please bring a yoga/meditation mat and light blanket if possible.
