Duluth Trumpet Ensemble Featuring Vince DiMartino

The Duluth Trumpet Ensemble is back for their 3rd summer season. This year legendary trumpet soloist and educator Vince DiMartino is the featured soloist and guest artist. He will be featured on several pieces including a brand new commissioned work by another legendary trumpeter Allen Vizzutti.

DTE is made up of nearly 30 trumpet players from all ages, backgrounds, experience levels and walks of life. It has everything from high school students to seasoned professional players, representing the full breadth of the trumpet community in the Twin Ports area.

In addition to the concert on Sunday, Vince will be teaching a brass masterclass which is open to the public on Saturday at 1 p.m. at First United Methodist Church.
