SUMMARY:Duluth Trumpet Ensemble Featuring Vince DiMartino
DESCRIPTION:The Duluth Trumpet Ensemble is back for their 3rd summer season. This year legendary trumpet soloist and educator Vince DiMartino is the featured soloist and guest artist. He will be featured on several pieces including a brand new commissioned work by another legendary trumpeter Allen Vizzutti. \nDTE is made up of nearly 30 trumpet players from all ages\, backgrounds\, experience levels and walks of life. It has everything from high school students to seasoned professional players\, representing the full breadth of the trumpet community in the Twin Ports area. \nIn addition to the concert on Sunday\, Vince will be teaching a brass masterclass which is open to the public on Saturday at 1 p.m. at First United Methodist Church. \nThis event is made possible by a generous grant from the Arrowhead Regional Arts Council
