Duluth Needle Art Guild October Luncheon

Duluth Needle Art Guild’s monthly luncheon for October begins with time to learn a new stich or work on a project. Attendees can bring their own project to work on and a lunch to eat at noon. The business meeting begins at 12:30, along with a chance to share about items created.

Guest speaker Natalie Norman will present at 1 p.m. on “Swedish Costume and Waist Bag: Tradition and Culture.”

The admission fee of $10 can be applied to a first-year membership.

The Duluth Needle Art Guild meets on the fourth Monday of each month at Kenwood Lutheran Church in the lower level. The guild’s mission is to foster and contribute to the arts and crafts of the greater community through education and encouragement, and to develop a high standard in the art and technique of needlework.
