Missing Person: Leah Buehring

The Duluth Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing person. Leah Buehring was last seen July 1 in the area of 4000 W. Ninth St. in West Duluth. She is a 17-year-old light-skinned white female, 5’7″ tall, 180 lbs., with brown hair and hazel/brown eyes. She is possibly wearing a knee brace on her right knee. Buehring may also use the name “Angel Faith James.”

Anyone with information pertaining to Buehring’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Duluth Police Department by calling 911, or Duluth Police Department Investigations at 218-730-5560 during business hours or 218-625-3581 at any time.

Missing Person: Larry Hoffman

Update: The body of Larry Alan Hoffman was found in July 2017 in Observation Park. Foul play was not suspected.

The Duluth Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating missing person Larry Alan Hoffman. Hoffman is a 60-year-old white male, 5-foot 3-inches tall, 200 lbs., has gray hair and green eyes. He was last seen May 5. There is urgency in finding him to ensure he takes his prescribed medications. The DPD encourages anyone who sees Hoffman or knows of his whereabouts to call 911.

Missing Person: William Saker

Original post: The Duluth Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating missing person William Robert Saker. Saker is a 50-year-old white male, 6-ft. 2-in. tall, 200 lbs., has brownish blonde hair and blue/grey eyes. He was last seen on Friday, March 10, leaving his residence in the 800 block of Upham Road and has not returned. There is urgency in finding Saker due his need for prescribed medications. Anyone aware with information about Saker’s whereabouts is asked to call 911.

Missing Child in West Duluth: Darren Torcotte

The Duluth Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating missing child Darren John Torcotte. Darren is a 13-year-old white male, 5-foot 8-inches tall, 118 lbs., has brown hair and brown eyes. Darren was last seen wearing a baby blue jacket and light-colored gloves. He was last seen this morning leaving his home in the area of the 300 block of 59th Avenue West. The Duluth Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating Darren to ensure he returns home safely. Anyone who sees or knows of Darren’s whereabouts is asked to call 911.

Missing Person: Roger Wayne Swanson

Update: On Monday, Oct. 10, at 4:37 p.m., Duluth Police responded to the end of Park Point; in the area of 4800 block of Minnesota Avenue after receiving a report of a person locating the remains of a human body. Officers arrived at the scene and located the remains of human body. Police are investigating the incident and believe the remains of 53-year-old Roger Wayne Swanson, who went missing on Aug. 1. At this time, the preliminary investigation indicates the death of Mr. Swanson is not suspicious. This incident is still under investigation and no other information is available.

The Duluth Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Roger Wayne Swanson. He is a 52-year-old white male, 5’8″ tall, 150 lbs., has brown grayish hair and brown eyes. Swanson was last seen in the Woodland area near the 100 block of College Street. The Duluth Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating Swanson to ensure he returns home safely and receives his prescribed medication.

Missing Person: Sheila Lou St. Clair

Sheila Lou St. ClairThe Duluth Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing person — Sheila Lou St. Clair. She is a 48-year-old Native American female, 5’5″ tall, 125 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. St. Clair has not been seen since sometime before Sept. 1 in the area of the 100 block of West Third Street. If you know St. Clair’s whereabouts call 911.

Missing Person: Helge Rohm

Helge RohmUpdate: The Duluth Police Department reports that Helge Rohm has been located and is safe.

The Duluth Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 72-year-old Helge Rohm. He is a Duluth resident and was last seen in the area of Second Avenue East and Sixth Street on Saturday, April 19.

Rohm is a 6-ft.-tall, 190-lb. white male with blue eyes and white/grey hair. Anyone with information is asked to call 911 or the Violent Crimes Unit at 218-730-5050.

Missing Person: Walter Clock

The Duluth Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing 69-year-old male. Walter Clock was last seen on Saturday at noon, leaving his residence in the 2200 block of West Second Street.

UPDATE: He has been found.

Scott Tridgell has been found!

Duluthian Scott Tridgell has been found in Oklahoma City. He’d been missing since Dec. 14.

Missing Person: Scott Michael Tridgell

Duluth Police Dept. news release:

Scott Michael Tridgell, age 26, of Duluth was reported missing by his family on Dec. 14. Family members said Tridgell left his residence in Duluth on the morning of Dec. 13, leaving a note that he was going to a job interview. He has not been seen or heard from since.

Tridgell suffers from a form of amnesia which limits his ability to recall important details regarding his personal life, such as where he lives or where he has been. In 2007, Tridgell was listed as a missing person by the Edina, Minnesota Police Dept. after he failed to show up at his residence there. He was located three weeks later by police at a rest stop in Menominee, Wis. He had no ties to that city.
